POLYTECH® Vinyl Nitrile (PVN) is a Vinyl/Nitrile/Neoprene closed cell foam is designed for use as a gasket or seal in a variety of environments. It offers excellent resistance to gasoline and other aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Applications typically include gaskets and seals in a variety of engine enclosures and equipment.
POLYTECH® High-Density Polyurethane Foam Grade (PHU) is a low modulus open cell polyurethane foam. It behaves like a closed cell foam product when compressed and is an excellent gasket seal. This material has a significantly lower compression set than typical closed cell foam gaskets.
Applications typically include gaskets and seals around equipment doors as well as mounting and protective pads.
POLYTECH® Neoprene Blend Foam (PNB) is a Neoprene/EPDM/SBR closed cell blend foam with good resistance to weather, oxidation, and ozone. This is an economical closed cell foam for a variety of uses.
POLYDAMP® Low Permeability Foam (LP-18) is a soft, ether-based polyurethane foam with low permeability but quick recovery. It is an excellent low-cost alternative to traditional closed cell foams in applications where moisture and air need to be retained.
Applications typically include radiator seals and various gasketing applications within an engine environment.
POLYTECH® Silicone Foam grade 800 or 1000 (PSL)is a soft cellular silicone foam that is extremely resilient to mechanical fatigue and has high compression set resistance. It also has Excellent Flame Spread and Smoke Density values.
Applications typically include transportation, medical and other highly demanding applications.
