Polyform® Molded Foam
Polyshield® High Density Molded – Integral Skin
(PHDM-IS)

Polyshield® High Density Molded – Integral Skin (PHDM-IS) polyurethane foam is 10 – 20 lb/ft³ self-skinning flexible foam based on polymeric MDI. It is characterized by excellent skin formation, abrasion resistance, high tear strength, good elongation, and low water absorption properties. It consists of a low-density foamed core seamlessly joined to a high-density skin. It is designed with an attractive and durable integral skin having a synergy of properties for applications requiring sound attenuation, isolation, thermal control and sealing.

Polypro® High Density Molded – Non Skinned
(PHDM-NS)

Polypro® High Density Molded – Non Skinned (PHDM-NS) polyurethane foam is 10 – 20 lb/ft³ open cell flexible foam based on polymeric MDI. It is characterized by high resilience, good tear strength, and good elongation properties. It has been formulated for low emissions and non-staining end use requirements. It is designed to have a synergy of properties for applications requiring sound attenuation, isolation, thermal control and sealing.
Other Typical Polypro Applications: delicate instrument carrying case inserts, protective bumpers, gaskets, specialty packaging.

Polyflex® Low Density Molded – High Resilient
(PLDM-HR)
Polyflex® Low Density Molded – High Resilient (PLDM-HR) polyurethane foam is 3 – 6 lb/ft³ open cell flexible foam based on a polymeric MDI. It is characterized by high resilience, low fatigue loss, and good cushioning quality. It is designed to have a synergy of properties for applications requiring sound attenuation, isolation, and thermal control.
Other Typical Polyflex Applications: marine industry, recreational vehicles, athletic equipment, and specialty seating.
